In 2007, Anna founded INTUITIVÄ, a studio specializing in customer experience and service design. INTUITIVÄ uses design thinking to solve challenges and to innovate, basing all of their work on the necessities of each client.

As part of INTUITIVÄ, she has worked for companies and institutions in the public and private sectors such as: CaixaBank, FC Barcelona, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Nedgia, Repsol, BBVA, Generalitat de Catalunya, and she has collaborated on projects with consultants such as IBM, Fjord (Accenture) and Hewlett Packard (HP).labasad
