Donata Campiche Pugliese

Donata is a Swiss and qualified European Trademark and Design Attorney. She

studied law in Fribourg (Switzerland). After her master degree she specialized in

trademark law in one of the major Italian IP firms and, in 2007, she officially

qualified before the Italian Trademark and Patent Office.

She has worked for two years in the legal and trademark department of a

consumer goods group and for ten years in an IP firm in the Geneva area. In

2016 she decided to open her own structure to advise varied start-ups and

medium size companies on trademark, design and domain names protection and

enforcement strategies on a global scale, thanks to a strong network of

specialized correspondents around the world.
