Freelance Art Director

After spending four years working as an Art Director at an advertising agency, I decided to go freelance. Around the same time, I enrolled in the Online Master in Art Direction.
One of the most inspiring parts of the program for me was learning from instructors who were also working as freelance creatives. They gave me valuable insight into building a creative practice beyond agency life.
The weekly projects gave me the freedom to explore ideas without the usual constraints of client work. This encouraged me to think bigger, develop concepts that reflected my own interests, and experiment in ways I hadn’t been able to since completing my Bachelor’s degree.
Most importantly, the program gave me more confidence in my own creative voice and helped me build a stronger portfolio.
