LABASAD presents the Masterclass “Oops, I Designed It Again” with Verònica Fuerte, founder and creative director of Hey Studio, a Barcelona-based design studio internationally recognised for its innovative approach to branding, illustration and editorial design. Her direct, colourful and contemporary style has left its mark on projects for brands and organisations such as Apple, Monocle, the Picasso Museum and Penguin Random House.
In this session, Verònica will share a personal reflection on how repetition, instinct and curiosity have shaped her creative journey. Through real projects developed at Hey, she will show how to build a distinctive voice in design —that “signature” which makes a style recognisable— while continuing to evolve without getting stuck in routine. This will be a unique opportunity to discover first-hand the principles that guide her process, the importance of daring to reinvent what is familiar, and the lessons learned from over a decade leading one of the most influential studios in today’s creative scene.
