Fred Grinstein

Fred Grinstein is a creative executive and media strategist with two decades in premium documentary and unscripted television. A Stanford Starling Lab Fellow researching synthetic media, he teaches Cinematic AI at USC and Chapman
University and consults with major broadcasters including History and A&E on AI integration. As co-founder of Machine Cinema, he builds community through GenJamTM events nationwide. His producing credits span HBO, Hulu, Sundance, and Tribeca, and he co-created Curious Refuge’s “AI for Documentaries” course.
