Laura Lannes

Laura Lannes is an illustrator and cartoonist from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York. Her work has appeared in publications such as The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Guardian, and Variety. She is the author of several acclaimed books, including John, Dear and By Monday I’ll Be Floating in the Hudson with the Other Garbage, and her work has been featured in Best American Comics 2019 and numerous international anthologies.
